Using our site
When you visit silkraft.in, email us, or create an account, you are sending us an electronic message. By signing up you agree that any agreement, notice, disclosure or other electronic communication you receive from us satisfies any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
If you register on our site, you agree to keep your username and password private so that access to your account stays limited to you. Silkraft reserves the right to refuse service or close an account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud.
Colour and description
Product descriptions on this site — colour, handwork detail, sizing and other information — are close approximations. We make every effort to describe each product accurately, but slight variation can arise from dyeing, printing, or high-zoom digital photography, and from the screen you are viewing on. The product you receive may therefore differ slightly from the images shown.

Characteristics of handloom
Our sarees are woven by hand. Thread knots, minor irregularities in the weave, and small differences between two pieces of the same design are inherent to handloom craft. They are marks of how the piece was made, not defects.

Availability
Many of our pieces are one of a kind and are made in limited quantities. Once such a product is sold it is marked sold out or out of stock.
Sold-out designs may remain visible on the site so you can see the range of our past work. Some of them can be rewoven on request.
If you would like a saree that is currently unavailable, write to hello@silkraft.in and we will tell you whether we can make it for you.
Pricing
All prices shown are inclusive of GST.
Silkraft may change the price of any product listed on this site at any time. Once an order has been placed and invoiced, the price on that invoice does not change.
Orders
Once your order is accepted, a binding agreement is formed between you and Silkraft on these terms, together with our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies.
Silkraft may amend, add to or revise any part of these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
Copyright and trademarks
All images, designs, product photography and written content on this site are the property of Silkraft. Unauthorised use of any product image or of the brand name is prohibited and may lead to legal action.
Your access to this site is for viewing its contents. It does not include the right to download, alter, resell or commercially exploit any part of it, nor to collect product listings, descriptions or prices.
Reproducing, duplicating, copying, reselling or otherwise exploiting this site or any part of it for commercial purposes is prohibited, including the use of our images, text and page layout.
