Order processing
Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday during regular business hours, and is closed on national holidays. Where a holiday falls within your dispatch window, we work to keep any delay to a minimum.

Delivery timelines
Within India: usually 2 to 7 days from dispatch.
International: delivery times vary by country. The estimate for your location is shown at checkout, before you complete payment.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight, size and destination of the items in your order. The amount shown at checkout is the final shipping cost to you — there is nothing further to pay on delivery within India.

Items out of stock
If an item in your order turns out to be unavailable, we cancel and refund that item and dispatch the rest of the order. We will contact you before doing so.

Rescheduling a delivery
If you are not available when the courier attempts delivery, you can reschedule directly with them for another time, or collect the parcel from their local office.

International customs and duties
For orders shipped outside India, your local government may apply customs duties or import taxes. These charges are set by the destination country, are payable by you, and are not included in the shipping fee shown at checkout.
